 Grin

Before we can get more young hams, we need to be active ourselves.
 Roll Eyes

Primarily, it is the duty of all ham parents
to try to get their child involved enough so that at age 12 (perfect for boys..mine anways!) they are ready
to get the ham license...some license..ANY license...just so they pass. That is a 10 year opening to regain interest, keep from loosing it in
the first place, and/or to expand and enhance their level of expertise.

Next that duty falls to family member, and then to friends, and then to all hams as a group. There is something all of us
can do and that is stay active as much as possible.

But ham parents are better positioned than anyone to get their kids invovled.
