There are two clubs that I know of in my city (Columbus, IN)
KC9BPW - The High School's station
WB9AEP - Columbus Amateur Radio Club
http://qsl.net/carc/Both operate repeaters.
KC9BPW
443.075 +
input PL 136.5
WB9AEP
146.790 -
outputs PL 100.0
When the 70cm repeater was at the school it had an Echolink node connected straight into the repeater controller (which we spared no expense on. It has a Vocal ID with time announcement and other interesting features. ) Eventually I will help out with getting an internet connection to where ever they moved the repeater to, so we can get Echolink back up! Sadly the 70cm repeater is the newer one and is less popular. ( But I'm on it now
